Nine nations signed the founding declaration minus India. Yet, the welcome announcement by the new US ambassador to India, Sergio Gor, on Sunday about India being invited to join Pax Silica next month, reflects a fundamental reality: reshaping the semiconductor ecosystem without India is impossible.
